WESTGATE MEDICAL CENTER & NOWLIN TOWER ARE NAMED THE OFFICE BUILDINGS OF THE YEAR (TOBY)
WESTGATE MEDICAL CENTER

Has been named "The Office Building of the Year" in the "Medical Office Building" category, we are pleased to recognize Westgate Medical Center, owned by Cambridge Medical Center, L.P. and managed by Cambridge Healthcare Management. Westgate Medical Center is a 136,174 square foot medical building built in 1984, located the heart of the medical center. Cambridge Medical Center, L.P. purchased the building in 2002 and has taken great measures to enhance the building's appearance and operations. A few of the property's amenities include: free parking, touch-screen tenant directory, Tenant/Guest Coordinator conveniently located at the lobby concierge desk, restaurant, lab, pharmacy and building security.

We are also pleased to announce Westgate Medical Center has won "The Office Building of the Year" for the SW Region and International TOBY.

NOWLIN TOWER

Has been named "The Office Building of the Year" in the "100,000 - 249,999 Square Feet" category, we are pleased to recognize Nowlin Tower, owned by Maier Siebel Baber and managed by Trammell Crow Company. The Nowlin Tower is a 236,847 square foot Class "A" office building built in 1986, located on San Pedro just off Loop 410. Maier Siebel Baber purchased the building in 2003 and has taken great measures to enhance the building's appearance and operations. A few of the property's amenities include: 24 Hour Security, On-site Bank, drive thru and ATM and Café.

The Office Building of the Year award, known as the "TOBY", recognizes overall excellence in buildings. Entrants submit an extensive portfolio, which provides information for judging on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy management and other areas. There is also a physical walk-through of the building as part of the judging process. We'd like to thank the committee who judged this year's local competition: Richard Alexander, Marcia Barber, Jeannine Bean, Sally Flanagan, Rebecca Sims and Diane Towery.

We are very proud of our buildings in San Antonio, and ask all managers to give serious consideration to entering their project in the competition. The TOBY is a prestigious award and also great publicity for both your owner and management company. Next year's competition will have a local entry deadline of January 31, 2009.
