6. Reap the Rewards of submitting to BOMA's EER
Have you submitted your 2009 operating income and expense data to BOMAŽs Experience Exchange Report (EER) yet? Deadline April 15th.

If not, there is still time to share it with BOMA via the 2009 EER Survey. Because building owners and managers have been willing to share data, the EER is the singular, most detailed and reputable source of benchmarking data for the North American office building industry. Any commercial office building can and should share its data. BOMA membership is NOT required. Visit our quick and easy new online survey to submit your data. The survey will be open until April 15, 2009. Unaudited data is acceptable, and all submissions are kept in the strictest confidence. Only aggregate, summary analysis will be provided in the report. Please note, the EER does NOT include any data on industrial office buildings, hotels, apartments, multi-family buildings or shopping centers.

DonŽt miss out on an easy way to add value to your operations. As a contributor, you will receive a complimentary Expense Performance Comparison, which measures each building submitted with similar buildings by location, age and size. YouŽll also receive EER discounts and first access to the data in June.

Share Data. Improve Performance. Achieve Excellence. Click here to get started. For EER support, contact eer@boma.org.
