August Luncheon reservations will only be accepted via the R.S.VP link above (the dinner plate) through Friday, Aug 22. The RSVP list will be emailed to the members on Thursday, August 21st. Please verify that you made the List. The R.S.V.P. System will be unavailable beginning on Monay, August 25, 2008.

NOTE: Oak Hills Country Club has informed us that beginning in May we will see a per plate increase. Due to this increase, the fee for the monthly luncheon will now be $25.00 per person. Anyone choosing to be billed for their monthly luncheon will incur an additional $5.00 fee. If you pre-paid for your luncheons with your dues, you will not experience an increase.

Reservation that are made with the Credit Card payment option will not be counted until the SABOMA office receives a confirmation from PayPal that the payment has been made. SABOMA receives PayPal confirmation within 30 minutes of payment.

The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at Oak Hills Country Club, 5403 Fredricksburg Road. Registration begins at 11:30 am.

The SABOMA office has gone GREEN and the luncheon reservation system is the first of many processes that will be converted in the coming year.

OVERVIEW: The online website reservation is replacing the previous fax, email and voicemail process. On the homepage of the SABOMA website, in the Latest News... section, the luncheon date, the program and the menu are displayed. This section will be updated at the beginning of each month and the R.S.V.P. database will be available for the current months' luncheon.

NOTE: The reservation deadline for the luncheon will always be NOON on the Friday prior to the Wednesday luncheon. After NOON, the link will not be available until the beginning of the following month.

Q: How will I make my reservation or a guest reservation?
A: On the homepage of http://www.saboma.org /, the dinner plate is the link to make the reservations. Once you click the link, the form will be similar to the fax luncheon R.S.V.P that was sent out in the past. Input your information, select payment type and press submit. Q: What if I am paying by credit card?
A: The process is the same. Selecting credit card option automatically re- directs you to the online payment page of the website to make the payment. NEW PROCEDURE: In the invoice field, please put the last name of the person attending.

Q: What if I select the incorrect payment type?
A: Please call the SABOMA office at 210.822.4499 so that the database can be corrected. Q: How far in advance can I make my reservation?
A: At the beginning each month, the Latest News...section will be updated with the luncheon date, program and menu. This is when the reservations will be accepted. Q: Will I receive a notice of the luncheon?
A: You will receive notices in the weekly News Flash stating reservations are being accepted for the current month. Q: What if I do not make the reservation by the deadline, will I still be able to attend the luncheon?
A: You may still be able to attend but there is not any guarantee that you will be served a meal. If you have not pre-paid for your luncheons, you will be invoiced. Remember, luncheon payments are not refundable.
