1. SABOMA LUNCHEON CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made the Monday before the luncheon

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all of our members and guest of our monthly luncheon cancellation policy. Oak Hills Country Club requires SABOMA to present a final count of attendees by 12:00 pm on the Monday before the Wednesday luncheon. This count is taken directly from the people who have completed the RSVP process on the website. SABOMA is charged for the number of people we include in our count on Monday. For that reason we require that all RSVP cancellations must be received via email to staff@saboma.org by 12:00 pm on the Monday before the luncheon or you will be billed $30 for your lunch.

We are very aware that you're busy schedules, unplanned meetings and last minute emergencies can keep you from attending a luncheon. We hope that you understand that we have committed to paying for your luncheon and that all no shows will be billed.

Please ensure that you go through the check in process at each luncheon. It is important that we have an accurate count of who attended and if they paid or request to be billed. Please take the time to ensure that your name is checked off by the Ambassador Committee members who volunteer to work the check in table.

Please note that each time the SABOMA office bills you for a luncheon a $5 billing fee is added to the $25 luncheon cost. You can avoid this billing fee by printing the confirmation page once you have completed the RSVP process and submitting that confirmation page to your company for a check to bring to the luncheon. In addition you have the option to pay by credit card online when you RSVP.

Thanks to all our valued members who attend our monthly luncheons.
