Dues are due today. If you received a renewal invoice in December, you can pay online today. Please check with your Accounting Department to ensure that your payment has been sent.

The online survey is faster and easy to use:

• Building demographic information is stored so you can just update your income and expenses.
• Its also "smart and will remid you if you forget to supply required information.
• You get an automatic e-mail when you complete the survey form, letting you know that we received your data.
• You can print a copy of you completed online survey form, if you need a record for your files.

Which salaries are passed through to tenants? For example does anyone pass off site accounting salaries through to tenants or just on site management and maintenance personnel?

Hi, everyone....... thought I would update you on how things are going here in O'Toole world. The boys are great and continue to keep me busy cleaning! The last two weeks have been good for the boys. We were able to go out for a meal and to see a movie. Of course you should have seen me in both places wiping down everything with Lysol!! But for the first time in a long time P.J. felt like he was a kid again and that was huge for all of us. Because of the horrible hospital scare, the sinus infection and having to be on antibiotics for so long, the doctor has decided to put off his third chemo cycle until February 11. (his counts need to fully recover) He will have a bone marrow aspirate this Wednesday, so please say an extra special prayer that morning. We pray that he is still in remission and that the next few rounds of chemo go a little better than round two. I have attached a picture that Pat took yesterday with his phone. I have to tell you that so that you understand they do not really have black teeth!!! As you can see, they are just the same as always only P.J. has a little less hair!!!! With an attitude like P.J. the lack of hair is the last thing he is concerned about. He continues to give all of us the strength we need to get through this. It's amazing what a six year old can teach you!!! Thanks to all of you for continuing to keep him in your prayers. Laura
