The commercial real estate industry honored San Antonio's Westgate Medical Center with a TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) award at the BOMA International TOBY awards banquet held on Tuesday, July 24th, 2007 in New York City. The TOBY winners were recognized for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type.

Congratulations to property manager Sharon Pickett, her staff at Cambridge Healthcare, and her vendor team for the tremendous group effort that led to receiving such a prestigious award.

The July Membership Meeting is set for Tuesday 7/31 at Oak Hills Country Club. Check-in begins at 11:30am and the program will start at 11:45 sharp.

This month's program will feature SA Convention and Visitors Bureau and a $200 jackpot drawing sponsored byAssessment Technologies (must be present to win).
