Please note that the City of San Antonio has made some minor changes to the requirements for Annual Electrical Permits for individual properties and the Maintenance Technician Registration for building engineers performing electrical maintenance. The changes are mainly in regards to payments, all paperwork must be complete when submitted (i.e. check, applications, Certificate of Insurance, etc.).
