Just a reminder that IFMA was the host association for this year's joint luncheon for BOMA, IREM and IFMA members. If you requested billing at the April meeting or were a no-show, you owe the lunch fee to IFMA. A handful of our members are on their "delinquent" list for this billing and second notices will go out soon. Please pay up!

Reminder: This meeting is not included in our annual prepaid package so even if you don't normally pay as you go, you will owe a separate payment for the April meeting.

The Community Service Committee is gearing up for our annual Back to School supply drive to benefit children in need. If you would like to hold a drive at your building or company, please let Cindy Hernandez know: 210-524-4000. A decorative box will be provided for collecting the donations, which will be picked up by August 3.

You can also make a cash contribution instead of supplies, just make your check payable to San Antonio BOMA and mark it 'back to school' in the memo. Mail to SABOMA, PO Box 692088, SATX 78269.

Both types of donations are needed, because the committee will purchase items that aren't heavily donated... for example, we usually buy 20-30 backpacks with donated funds each year.
