2. Born To Bowl

It's time again for our bowling tournament against Austin BOMA, with proceeds benefiting the Texas BOMA PAC (political action committee). I'm sure those of you who participated in last year's event haven't forgotten how much fun it was. Please mark your calendars for Friday, June 22. We will be at Westgate Lanes in south Austin this time, from 4-8pm.

Historical evidence has been found that William Tell and his family were avid bowlers, a sport played as lawn bowling at the time. However, all the league records were unfortunately lost to antiquity. Thus we'll never know for whom the Tells bowled.

(Sorry!) :o)

3. Seminar Full

All seats are sold for our upcoming program The Disaster Experience. We're keeping a waiting list in case there are any cancellations.

4. Joint Luncheon Payment

If you requested billing at the recent joint luncheon for BOMA/IREM/IFMA, or were a no-show, expect an invoice from IFMA to arrive by mail shortly. They hosted the combined meeting this year so all payments will go to them.

4. Word of Mouth and Ear

I recently attended a corporate cocktail party which featured a jaw-droppingly good caterer and a wonderful classical/spanish guitarist. As a meeting planner, I was impressed. If you host company or building events and would like the contact info for either just let me know.
