There is no easy way to say this, but I will be leaving San Antonio BOMA near the end of June. After much consideration, I have accepted a position with Scott B. Retzloff & Associates Property Tax Consultants. It was a tough decision to make, but I deeply believe it will be a win-win situation for both me and San Antonio BOMA. I've managed BOMA's operations for sixteen years, so it's a valuable opportunity for the association to get a fresh perspective from a new staff professional.

If you know of someone who would be a good fit to replace me, please let Kelly DeFonte, Joi Taylor or Ramiro Flores know. Our Board of Directors will be working diligently throughout the selection process to hire a fantastic new association manager to lead BOMA to even greater heights.

It has been an honor to work with all of you and I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished together. I can't say enough about the wonderful members I have had the pleasure of knowing throughout my tenure. I wish the very best for San Antonio BOMA; it will always have a special place in my heart.
