Griffin Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to assist the Senior Engineer for Union Square and Union Square II. Qualifications include a minimum of five years of experience in high rise office building maintenance with a concentration on commercial HVAC to include experience with cooling tower, water treatment and large tonnage chiller maintenance. An Electrical Maintenance Technician license through the City of San Antonio is required.
