Regular Members, have you sent me a reply on our square footage and property tax survey yet? The request went out on February 1 and we have received 19 responses so far. Only 129 more to go! This data is gathered only once every three years, so help us out -- we need 100% reporting. Texas BOMA compiles the information for use in its lobbying efforts on your behalf. Here is what we're looking for:

• Square feet managed
• Estimated annual property tax paid on the value of the assets managed
• Estimated occupants in buildings managed (people, not tenant companies)

Tomorrow is the drop date for unpaid memberships. Final notices for all outstanding dues invoices were mailed last week. If you need to pay in a hurry, you can use a credit card by clicking the Online Payment tab at www.saboma.org and scrolling down to select the appropriate membership category (must have the card's correct billing address to complete the transaction).
