The EER is the most comprehensive and reputable source for operating income and expense data for the office building industry. Your participation in the 2007 EER survey is vital to ensure that the EER contains the most comprehensive building performance data in our industry. EER data helps BOMA advocate on behalf of the industry on the federal, state and local levels, and is used by the media and analysts to accurately characterize our industry.
