From Barbara Beighley of Trammell Crow Company: Many of you have probably seen the large, dynamic piece of artwork that was commissioned by the former owner of the Pyramid Building for the atrium area. It was designed by a Colorado artist and hangs in the lobby -- about two stories tall, made up of aluminum geometric shapes -- it's called "Clouds and Rain." It would look great in a large atrium space, but it doesn't fit into the new design that the new owner is implementing. The owner is willing to donate it to a charitable organization and is open to offers from anyone else. Barbara says, "I know it's a weird idea, but I would love to give this special piece a great new home and don't know where else to seek help to get it to a new owner! 3. As many of you are already aware, The City of San Antonio adopted the 2005 National Electrical Code (NEC) and the revised version of Chapter 10 of the City Code which deals with electrical requirements in San Antonio. In addition the following new codes have also been adopted.
