1. BOMA Greater Little Rock is hosting the 2007 Southwest Regional Conference April 12-14. It will begin on Thursday with a golf outing on championship course Rebsamen Park, and end with the TOBY Awards Banquet Saturday night. 2. CPS Energy will host the BOMA Energy Efficiency Program entitled "Building an Energy Performance Awareness Program" on Friday, November 10 at the Northside Customer Service Center located at 7000 San Pedro Avenue. This essential course presents the key components of an energy awareness program for tenants, owners, brokers, and asset managers. The training focuses on how to create an effective awareness program, communicate accomplishments and benefits to key stakeholders, and provides samples and templates for attendees to easily customize. The session will commence with a light lunch and soft drinks at 12:30pm. The conference itself starts at 1pm and ends at 3pm. This seminar is provided at no cost to you. 3. It's awards time of year... all BOMA members should have received a nomination form for Manager of the Year by fax yesterday. The deadline to turn it in is 11/17/06.
