	Did you know that Certified Property Managers (CPMs) need to complete only four courses in order to receive BOMI Institute's Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation? It’s called “competency credit” and the fee to apply is $350. You have to have earned your CPM within seven years of applying for the RPA credits.
