As a reminder, the City of San Antonio requires registration of maintenance workers who change ballasts for interior or exterior lighting, repair or replace 120 volt switches, repair or replace overcurrent devices, repair or replace ceiling fans, doorbell transformers, dishwasher motors, and more. In addition to this personnel training requirement, each property is also required to have an annual maintenance permit which is held by the property owner or management company.
