The latest version of this standard is the BOMA/ANSI Z65.1-1996 Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings. BOMA has also partnered with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) to produce the BOMA/SIOR Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Industrial Buildings. Both of these standards are widely used in the marketplace and BOMA receives frequent calls related to these documents.
