| If you have recently added new staff members to your property management office, or never got around to getting emergency access badges for some of your folks, here is the scoop on how to order them. These badges have been approved by the City of San Antonio to authorize entrance into a restricted area due to damage or threat to properties you manage. Please note that your staff may re-enter the area prior to approval for general access, but only
if it is deemed safe to do so by SAFD or SAPD.
Contact Teresa Kilborn at Alamo Integrated Systems, (210) 674-8041 to make an appointment for your staff to go to their offices and have a photo taken. They are located at 2805 S.W. Loop 410, San Antonio, TX. 78227. The following information for each person should be provided to Alamo Integrated Systems at the time of your appointment:
- Person's Name
- Person's Job Title
- Company Name
- A list of the name and address of all buildings for which emergency access is authorized... for example: Bank of America Plaza (300 Convent)
Two duplicate badges per person and are recommended and they should be kept in separate places, such as one at home and one at the office. Badges will be mailed to you from the SABOMA office, and it only takes a week or two to receive them. You will be invoiced by SABOMA for $5.00 per badge. These badges are for members and their employees only. |
