| The winner of San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association's 2004 TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) is Colonnade Centre, a 131,000-square-foot, multitenant office project. Part of the 63-acre, mixed-use development known as The Colonnade, the six-story building has an imported granite and reflective glass exterior, and an enclosed atrium with vaulted and sky-lit ceilings and private balconies. Colonnade Centre now advances to the regional competition. Diane Towery of USAA Realty Company manages the property, along with her staff members Andy Vivian and Bruno Vera. |
