It is the EER time again! A few weeks ago, BOMA International launched the online 2008 Experience Exchange Report (EER) Survey. We want to remind you to submit your building information as soon as possible, if you have not already.

Completing the survey form helps to support one of the real estate industry's leading tools for monitoring and analyzing building performance and helps BOMA in putting together a more representative EER report, which in turn helps you greatly in your budgeting and business plans. Participants receive a complimentary Expense Comparison Report (EPC), which compares their building(s) to similar buildings in their local market. Participants are also entitled to discounted prices on 2008 EER book and the CD. The deadline to submit your data is March 20 and the EER books will be available in the first week of July. In exchange for your participation, BOMA will send you a detailed Expense Performance Comparison which compares your building to similar buildings in your area by location, size, and age. In addition, you will receive substantial discounts on the 2008 EER CD and book.
