Awards Luncheon Recap
San Antonio BOMA is pleased to announce that David Nielsen of Transwestern has been named the 2006 Manager of the Year. He manages multiple property types at five locations totaling 522,808 square feet. CityView is where Dave spends most of his time. He has been in property management for six years and has been a member of SABOMA four years. He is currently working towards his CPM designation. When asked what his greatest accomplishment was in 2006, Dave said it was the completion of three demanding property sales while trying to keep up with the day to day work of property management. A quote from one of his tenants: “David Nielsen has always been accessible and responsive. The property operates in an efficient and professional manner. I do not hesitate to recommend David Nielson as Manager of the Year.” Congratulations, Dave!
Also recognized at our February luncheon were the other two nominees for Manager of the Year, Adrienne Cox of CB Richard Ellis and Kim Webb of Transwestern. The Awards Committee had an outstanding group to consider; all three managers exemplify the pinnacle of professionalism and we are proud to have them as members.
Richard Alexander and Tomi Sue Beecham received Bob Cherniss Achievement Awards for outstanding personal support of our association’s mission, and the President’s Award was presented to Cram Roofing Company for outstanding corporate support.
