Information Request
As the legislative season approaches, we need to assemble some more recent numbers for Texas BOMA to use in lobbying efforts on our behalf. It’s a very brief survey, but we need 100% participation from Regular Members in order to have the most meaningful data.
If you haven’t done it yet, please send this information to Lynn at the San Antonio BOMA office:
- Square feet managed
- Estimated annual property tax paid on the value of the assets managed
- Estimated occupants in buildings managed (headcount, not number of tenants)
If you manage multiple properties you can send the aggregate numbers, we don’t need separate information on individual buildings. Thank you very much!
