If you would like to submit your data on an excel spreadsheet (which will be especially useful for those who are submitting data for multiple buildings) you may download the required file at www.saboma.org. This template file contains macros which were incorporated to assist you in the data submission process, so please be sure to click on Enable Macros when opening the file. For quality assurance purposes BOMA International asks you to refrain from using any other Excel file to submit data. Please note that this file is protected and you will not be able to alter the content in any way except to enter data in the appropriate cells. This means that you will not be able to paste rows of data from other Excel files. If you need to copy and paste data from other Excel spreadsheets, please select the cells to copy and paste them into the appropriate location on the new Excel spreadsheet. We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to copy and paste entire rows of data into the template but this is necessary for quality assurance purposes. Completing the survey form helps to support one of the commercial real estate industry’s leading tools for monitoring and analyzing building performance. All data participants qualify to purchase a deeply-discounted copy of the book, and also receive a comparative analysis for each building submitted. Nonmembers are welcome to participate in this data collection. This will be the fourth year that BOMA and IREM are using a joint data collection form, so please be sure to send a copy to each organization in order to be included in their published results.
